Shipping Policy

HOW WE DO IT

As a rule, we generally despatch our orders on Mondays & Tuesdays for Australia-wide delivery via the Australia Post network. We always take care in our packing to ensure that your product arrives in the best possible condition.It is highly recommended that you select a delivery address where someone will always be available to take delivery of your order. Even though your products can be stored at ambient temperatures, the chance that goods left outside may be exposed to the elements and may impact the quality of your products. Orders not received by 3 pm Mondays (not including Public Holidays) will not be despatched until the following week.

FREIGHT & HANDLING FEES

We offer a standard flat rate freight & handling fee of $12.50 Australia-wide. At your request, we can offer Australia Post’s Express service for an additional $5.00 surcharge. Seasonal and special occasions hampers and gift packs, when on offer, may include charges above our standard and express freight & handling rates. These charges will be made available at your time of purchase via our online store.

CANCELLED ORDERS

Should you wish to cancel an order already placed, please email (email to be confirmed) with reference to your order number and surname. Providing goods have not been processed and shipped a full refund will be provided.
