3Geese was born when we (husband and wife Glenn and Nicole and sister Joanne) relocated to the Sunshine Coast from Sydney. Working with our friend and colleague, Adrian, we brought the award-winning artisan salami Goose on the Loose to markets and food shows throughout southeast Queensland. Thanks to the support of our loyal customers the business is growing, and we look forward to introducing our delicious range of salami and condiments to more regional communities.
Our range of salami is Australian Made using 97% of Australian grown highest quality ingredients. All our free-range pork and beef is sourced from the Darling Downs, and our Wild Boar, from Rural Queensland, is our most sustainable product.
Our passion for fine food has led us to discover and support other local producers to bring you some outstanding products which pair beautifully with our salami.
Our unique range includes four award winning varieties which have continuously received the highest accolades from the Australian Agricultural Society and the Australian Food Awards since 2017.
