Our Beef Salami is dry cured with Horseradish and Wasabi giving it a big meaty flavour and a gentle accompanying warmth. Ideally served with soft flavoured cheese such as Brie, Gouda or mild Cheddar, dried fruits, nuts and a nice cold beer.
